Do you only serve champagne?
We have drops of almost any beverage you desire. But we do recommend some bubbles. After all, it is our specialty.
What are terroirs and why are they in the menu?
We have a lot of champagnes. Instead of one list as long as the bar, we have ordered each wine from the terroir they were grown from.
Terroirs are the sub-regions within Champagne, France, defined by their different climates, elevation, soil type, density and all these wonderful factor that culminate to give each and every champagne its own quirky character. It is too fascinating to say here but ask the staff, we absolutely love talking about champagne.
Is there parking?
There is a Wilson Parking facility on 100 Murray Street, or alternatively we offer a valet service if you are feeling fabulous.
Now don't be a cheeky devil, if you are driving be sure to have a designated driver. You can reward the hero with one of Champagne Bar's inventive virgin cocktails.
