Starry Night – Reimagined
A celestial icon returns to Champagne Bar.
Inspired by the swirling brilliance of the night sky, Starry Night has been reimagined with a refined new composition. First created in 2020 for the Van Gogh Alive immeersive experience, the Starry Night returns with Silky Grey Goose vodka meeting luscious crème de pêche, the dark cherry depth of Luxardo, and the natural indigo hue of butterfly pea flower. Fresh lemon and a delicate white foam bring brightness and elegance, creating a cocktail that is both visually mesmerising and exquisitely balanced.
As it is poured, the drink transforms before your eyes, shifting in colour like a twilight sky over Darling Harbour.
